Terms of Use

Last updated August 7, 2026

These Terms of Use govern your use of joinsoftpowersociety.com (the “Site”), which is operated by Yannet Barron trading as Soft Power Society (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

These terms cover the website only. Coaching itself is governed by a separate written agreement you would receive and sign before any work begins.

1. Using the Site does not make you a client

Reading the Site, sending a message through the contact form, or booking a discovery call does not create a coaching relationship between us. No coaching relationship exists until we have both signed a coaching agreement. Until then, nothing you send us is treated as confidential client material, so please do not send anything sensitive through the contact form.

2. The content here is general, not advice

Everything on the Site is published for general information. It is not psychotherapy, counseling, mental health treatment, medical care, legal advice, or financial advice, and it is not tailored to your situation. Nothing here substitutes for a qualified professional who knows your circumstances.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a licensed professional or your local emergency services. In the United States you can call or text 988 to reach the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline.

3. No guaranteed results

Any story, testimonial, or example on the Site describes one person’s experience. It is not a promise or prediction of what you will experience, and we make no guarantee of any particular result.

4. Who can use the Site

The Site is intended for adults. You must be at least 18 to send us information through the contact form or book a call.

5. Intellectual property

The Site and its contents, including text, photographs, the Soft Power Society name, logo, and tagline, are owned by us or used with permission, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Detached and its contents are protected by copyright.
